What you'll need
When claiming cash from LBC, you will be asked to provide the following:
- two (2) valid IDs that bear the exact same name as what was indicated by you/your sender when they sent the money
- your payout's tracking number
- exact amount you expect to receive
What to do if you don't have 2 valid IDs
Remittance companies like LBC decide whether or not an ID is "valid" based on guidelines issued by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
If you do not have 2 valid IDs, you may still be able to claim your cash by presenting only 1 valid ID. However, this will depend on the LBC agent that will be processing your padala. Factors such as the quality of your ID, and the amount of cash you are claiming, may affect the agents' evaluation.
TIP: If you find that you are unable to claim your money because you don't have enough valid IDs on hand, we recommend trying Coins.ph's cardless ATM Instant Payout option. This will allow you to claim cash from selected ATMs in the Philippines instantly. It's free and you don't need to have a bank account!
How to get your claiming details
If you are claiming a cash-out from Coins.ph through LBC, your claiming details will be provided to you via email and via SMS as soon as your money is ready for pick-up.
Proceed to an LBC outlet near you, with your IDs and your claiming details in hand!
