To cash in to your coins.ph account using your UnionBank account, start by placing an order on our Cash In page.
Under the Online Bank Transfer category, select "UnionBank of the Philippines Online Banking" option.
Please note that you must have an existing Unionbank account that has been enrolled to their Online Banking facility in order to complete an order using this outlet. (If you do not have an Online Banking account, and instead wish to make a cash deposit at a UnionBank branch, please use the Over-The-Counter Bank Cash-In option.)
Indicate the amount that you wish to transfer.
Please note that there may be a corresponding coins.ph fee, which is added to your total due amount.
Upon placing your order, you will be directed to the Order Payment screen which contains our UnionBank account name and number.
Log in to your UnionBank Online Banking account and go to the "Transactions" tab, then click "Transfer to Other UnionBank account."
Input our account name, account number, and the due amount into the fund transfer form.
Please note that if it is your first time to transfer from your account to ours, you will need to select the "New Beneficiary" button. You may also want to tick the "Add to my beneficiaries" box for your convenience, should you wish to cash in with this outlet again in the future.
Double-check the details you've entered, then click the "Continue" button. You will be directed to an order confirmation screen. When you see a "Your transaction has been completed" message, it means your fund transfer has gone through!
Wait for an email from UnionBank containing the Transaction ID of your fund transfer:
Go back to your Order Review page on coins.ph and click the "Mark as Paid" button.
Enter the Transaction ID you received in your email into the field provided:
Then, click the "Fully Paid" button.
Please allow 24 hours for us to confirm your payment. Your funds will reflect in your wallet, and you will receive an email notifying you that your Cash In order has been completed.
