To cash in, log in to your Coins.ph account, then follow the steps below!
How to Place an Cash-in order
1) Go to the "Cash In" tab.
From the home page, click the "Cash In" button found on the upper lefthand side of the page.
If you are using your Android app, the “Cash in” button may be found by clicking on + > Cash in
If you’re using the iOS app, you may find the “Cash in” button on the lower left side of the screen.
2) Choose a cash-in outlet.
On the Cash in tab, you'll see a list of our available cash-in outlets, which are grouped into categories. Under each category, you'll find a dropdown with specific cash-in outlets. If you choose "Bank," for example, you can select any nearby bank to complete a deposit.
TIP: Most options take 24 hours to process orders. For more urgent deposits, we highly recommend using our 24/7 coinsXpress options: 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier and GCash. If you need help deciding which cash-in option to use, check out our Cash in guide.
Click "Next step" once you have chosen your outlet (You'll still be able to go back and choose another outlet if you change your mind).
3) Enter the amount you want to cash in.
Under the "How much would you like to add?" field, key in the amount you want to add to your wallet.
Although these options are set as the default, please make sure that the "Peso Wallet" radio button is selected, and that the "PHP" button is selected in the amount field if you wish to add funds in your peso wallet. If you wish to add bitcoins to your Bitcoin Wallet instead, select the “Bitcoin Wallet” radio button.
If there are any applicable fees for your order, they will be computed and displayed below, along with the total due amount. (If you wish to cash in to your Bitcoin Wallet instead, click here for our separate guide to Buying Bitcoin.)
4) Complete your payment.
The deposit instructions will be shown in the last step of your Add Money screen. These instructions will also be sent to you via email (if you have added a verified email) and/or via SMS (if you have added a verified phone number).
Kindly note that cash-in orders to your Peso (PHP) wallet expire if not paid within eight (8) hours while cash-in orders to your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet expire if not paid within one (1) hour.
If you are depositing via one of our bank options, you will be provided with the bank account details. Other options require the use of a reference number when depositing.
Please also be informed that we do not accept deposits through check, wire, or other non-cash deposits and these will be considered as unsolicited deposits, as outlined at our user agreement. A 2 week-holding period for such payments may be applied.

5) For bank deposit options*: Mark your order as paid.
*The next and final step is only needed for bank deposit options (e.g. BPI, BDO, Unionbank, Security Bank). If you are using one of our coinsXpress options, or if you used a DragonPay reference number when making your deposit, there's no need to do this next step.
Click the "Mark as Paid" button found on the order screen/in the order confirmation email, then enter your deposit reference code to confirm your payment.
You will receive an email notification that we are now processing your order. You can also check the Status -- it should change from "Waiting for your payment" to "Processing."
You will receive the funds in your wallet within 24 hours from the time your order is marked paid.
