How to cash in to your Peso Wallet

To cash in, log in to your account, then follow the steps below!


1) From the main screen, click or tap Cash In

2) Choose an outlet to cash in

We suggest cashing in through 7-Eleven, Cebuana, M Lhuillier, or GCash to receive your funds instantly after payment. For a 100% fee rebate, choose UnionBank online or UnionBank cash deposit.


3)  Enter the amount you want to cash in.


If there are any applicable fees for your order, they will be computed and displayed below, along with the total amount due.


4) Go to the outlet and pay

The deposit instructions will be shown in the last step of your cash in screen. These instructions will also be sent to you via email (if you have added a verified email) and/or via SMS (if you have added a verified phone number).  

Kindly note that cash in orders to your Peso (PHP) wallet expire if not paid within eight (8) hours.

If you are depositing via one of our bank options, you will be provided with the bank account details. Other options require the use of a reference number when depositing.


Please also be informed that we do not accept deposits through check, wire, or other non-cash deposits and these will be considered as unsolicited deposits, as outlined in our user agreement. A 2 week-holding period for such payments may be applied.

5) For bank deposit options*: Mark your order as paid.

*The next and final step is only needed for bank deposit options (e.g. BPI, UnionBank, Security Bank). If you are using one of our coinsXpress options, or if you used a DragonPay reference number when making your deposit, there's no need to do this next step. 

Click the "Mark as Paid" button found on the order screen/in the order confirmation email, then enter your deposit reference code to confirm your payment.

You will receive an email notification that we are now processing your order. You can also check the Status -- it should change from "Waiting for your payment" to "Processing."

You will receive the funds in your wallet within 24 hours from the time your order is marked paid.
