In this tutorial, we'll cover the basics of each of these four options. For step-by-step instructions, click on the "Learn more" link found under each option.
Placing an Cash In order
When you create an Cash In order, you can choose from over a dozen different ways to cash in. Together, these options comprise 22,000+ locations nationwide - including 7-Eleven outlets, Palawan Xpress, Cebuana, and M Lhuillier branches across the Philippines.
Indicate the amount you want to cash in and where you want to complete the payment. Some options will need you to log in and provide the reference number of your deposit, and some options will be released automatically. You can cash in either to your Peso Wallet, or to your Bitcoin Wallet.
Requesting for a Payment
Our Payment Request feature is a hassle-free way of collecting money that you're owed. All you need is the email address, mobile phone or Facebook name of the person you're requesting the payment from. Coins.ph will notify that person about your request, and provide them a way to pay you through 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, Cebuana, or their own Coins.ph account. Once they've completed the payment, the funds will be automatically credited to your Coins.ph Peso Wallet!
Sending Bitcoin from an external wallet
If you have Bitcoin in another wallet (ex. Coinbase, BitGo, Blockchain.info), you can easily send it to your Coins.ph wallet simply by using your receiving address. Keeping your Bitcoin in Coins.ph allows you to convert it any time into Pesos, and to cash it out to your bank account or use it to buy load, pay your bills, or buy game credits.
You can earn both Peso and Bitcoin rewards by completing various missions and referring your friends to use Coins.ph!
