I live in New York. Why can't I log in to my Coins.ph account?

In light of there New York “BitLicense” regulations, Coins.ph has unfortunately decided to no longer service customers and individuals who are either residents of, or are located in, the state of New York. 

As the ruling goes into effect August 8, 2015, affected accounts have been deactivated as of 00:00 AM EST August 8, 2015.

If you weren't able to transfer out your balance before the deadline, or if you think your account was deactivated by mistake, kindly get in touch with us at help@coins.ph.
