If your payment is taking a while to be processed and you do not want to transfer funds to your beep™ card anymore, please tap Refund Payment on the screen shown below.
You may also remove the beep card from the back of your phone. A prompt will be shown and you may tap the Leave and refund button.
Afterwards, you should see a confirmation of the refund. Funds would also be credited to your wallet again.
