If your payment was processed and you do not want to transfer funds to your beep™ card, please tap Refund Payment on the screen shown below.
You can also go to your Transaction History and click the transaction item. If the funds were not transferred to your card, the transaction state will be Pending. On this screen, simply tap Refund Payment.
If you do not see these options available, please contact email@example.com for support with your refund.
