To cash in to your Coins.ph account using your UnionBank account, start by placing an order on our Cash In page. Note that we offer 100% fee rebate for all UnionBank cash ins!
To start, choose UnionBank Online Banking from our featured options on the cash in page:
You must have an existing UnionBank account that has been enrolled in their Online Banking facility in order to complete an order using this outlet. If you do not have an Online Banking account, and instead wish to make a cash deposit at a UnionBank branch, please use the Unionbank Cash Deposit option.
Indicate the amount that you wish to transfer.
Please note that there may be a corresponding Coins.ph fee, which is added to your total amount due.
Upon placing your order, you will be directed to the Order Payment screen which contains our UnionBank account name and number.
Log in to your UnionBank Online Banking account and click the "Send / Request" button from the task bar at the bottom.
Choose the option "Other UnionBank Account”
Input our account number “000910028667” and the Amount due (including the fee) into the fund transfer form.
You may also want to add our account under your list of recipients,should you wish to cash in with this outlet again in the future. Select the option “Manage Recipients” and click “Add New” button to input our account details.
Double-check the details you've entered, then click the “Next" button. You will be directed to a transfer confirmation screen. If all details are correct, click the “Transfer” button. You will be directed to the “Transfer Successful” screen showing all details of your fund transfer. On the upper left corner of the screen you will see the Reference Number of your fund transfer:
Go back to your Order Review page on coins.ph and click the "Mark as Paid" button.
Enter the Reference Number of your Unionbank fund transfer into the Transaction ID field provided. Do note that the code is case-sensitive. Capitalize the letters for your alphanumeric code.:
Then, click the "Fully Paid" button.
Please allow 24 hours for us to confirm your payment. Your funds will reflect in your wallet, and you will receive an email notifying you that your cash in order has been completed.
If your cash in is still not reflected in your wallet 24 hours after marking it as paid, you can send us a message at email@example.com. Indicate the order id, and attach the confirmation of your online transfer so that we can better attend to your concern.
