The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has recently issued an advisory on ELITE ALLIANCE VERA TRADE SYSTEM OPC (EAV Trade), warning the public of the individuals and groups involved in such activities. The current advisory reiterates its previous advisory on the aforementioned entity and urges anyone who has knowledge or information about any operation or transaction involving said company to report such activity immediately to SEC so that appropriate measures can be taken. SEC also advises the public to exercise extreme precaution in joining or investing in these groups.
