As used in determining your VIP tier (see VIP Center article here), please note that the monthly trading volume is calculated under a rolling basis per trading pair starting from 8:00 AM (PHT) 30 days before up to 8:00 AM (PHT) yesterday. This means that the adjusted fee would automatically reflect the day after your monthly trading volume has reached the next threshold.
To provide a sample scenario, if you place an order today, September 25, 2023 5:00 PM (PHT), RTV calculation would be from August 25, 2023 - September 24, 2023 only. If the trade was a huge amount that would make your RTV greater than PHP 2M, your trading fee would adjust on September 26, 2023 8:00 AM (PHT).
