Example of Fee Calculation
To illustrate how fees are calculated based on your trading activity:
- Suppose you have a 30-day spot trading volume of PHP 10,000,000 (at VIP 5).
- The current ask price of BTC is PHP 2,000,000
- If you place a Limit Order to buy 1 BTC at PHP 1,950,000, this order will not execute immediately and will incur a maker fee of 0.10% of the trade amount:
Fee=1 BTC×PHP 2,000,000×0 001=PHP 1,950
- Conversely, if you place a Market Order for the same amount of BTC at the current ask price of PHP 2,000,000, you will incur a taker fee of 0.15%:
Fee=1 BTC×PHP 2,000,000×0 0015=PHP 3,000
