In order to provide a seamless trading experience, Coins regularly monitors and reviews all of its listed tokens and trading pairs.
With this said, Coins may delist certain trading pairs/tokens depending on different factors. Some examples of which are deposit volume, trading volume, and liquidity on the trading platform.
Should a token or trading pair be delisted, we will make sure to communicate this with our users and provide them a time window to convert or withdraw their assets. However, after this said window has passed, any remaining tokens (of the involved delisted pair) on customer accounts will be lost and unrecoverable.
