Minimum & Maximum Limits
- Minimum Transfer Amount: ₱100,000 per transaction.
- Maximum Transfer Amount: Subject to your sending bank limits and your Coins.ph account daily/monthly Cash In limits.
Processing Schedule & Business Hours
Direct bank transfers are processed during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
- Transfers initiated within business hours take 2 to 3 hours to process.
- Transfers submitted past 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next banking day.
Strict Restriction: No Third-Party Deposits Accepted
Coins.ph will only credit direct cash-ins where the sender's bank account name matches your registered Coins.ph account name. Third-party deposits where credentials do not match will be rejected.
Invalid Methods: ATM cardless cash deposits, over-the-counter cash deposits, and check deposits are NOT accepted for direct cash-ins. All transfers must be made online from your personal bank account.
Steps to Cash In via Direct Bank Transfer
Via the Coins.ph App

Initiate Cash In: From the Home page, tap the Cash In button.
- Select Partner Bank: Choose your preferred bank (UnionBank, Security Bank, or Sterling Bank) under Direct Transfer and enter your intended cash-in details.

Transfer Exact Amount: Log into your personal online banking app and transfer the exact amount specified in your order to the Coins.ph bank account displayed on screen.

Confirm Cash In: Once your bank transfer is completed, return to the Coins.ph app and tap Confirm Cash In.

Upload Receipt: Enter your Bank Reference Number (optional), upload a clear image/screenshot of your proof of transfer, and tap Submit.
- Confirmation: An email notification will be sent to your registered address once verification and crediting are complete.

Common reasons for crediting delays or rejections include:
- The transfer was submitted outside operating business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM weekdays).
- The sender's bank account name does not match your verified Coins.ph name.
- An invalid third-party deposit method (ATM, cash deposit, check) was attempted.
- The transferred amount did not match the exact order request.
- The "Confirm Cash In" and "Upload Receipt" steps were not completed in the app/website.
2. What other cash-in outlets can I use if I want to transfer smaller amounts?
If your cash-in amount is below ₱100,000, you can use InstaPay (real-time, up to ₱50,000), PESONet (batch settlement), or over-the-counter Remittance Centers (Cebuana, M Lhuillier, Palawan, Pera Hub, Villarica).
