Cash In to Coins.ph with Remittance Centers

Cashing In just got a lot closer with Remittance Center options! You may now visit any of these Remittance Center (Pera Hub and Villarica Pawnshop newly added) outlets and pay via Dragonpay over the counter.

Steps To Cash In

On the Coins app

Step 1: From the Home page, click on the Deposit button and select Cash In.

Step 2: Scroll down until you reach the Remittance Center options and select your preferred Cash In method.

Step 3: Enter the amount you’d like to cash in, complete any other details required and and tap "Next". You will see the total amount to pay including a fee. Click "Confirm Cash In"
Note: There is a fixed P25 fee for each cash in.  

Step 4: Follow the instructions to complete your payment. Visit any branch of your chosen Remittance Center and provide the Dragonpay reference number as well as the total payment.

Step 5: Once payment is successfully processed at the branch, your funds should be credited to your Coins.ph account within 10 minutes.

On the Coins website

Using the Coins.ph website? No worries! To Cash in on the web, just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Login to your Coins.ph account. 

Step 2: On the homepage, you will see Portfolio on the left side. Click it and select your PHP balance.

Step 3: On the upper right of your screen, press "Cash In"

Step 4: Proceed and choose the cash in outlet you wish to use. Follow the instructions to complete your payment. Visit any branch of your chosen Remittance Center and provide the Dragonpay reference number as well as the total payment.

Step 5: Once payment is successfully processed at the branch, your funds should be credited to your Coins.ph account within 10 minutes.
