Steps to Cash In
Via the Coins.ph App

Initiate Cash In: From the app Home page, tap the Cash In button.

Select Outlet: Scroll to the Remittance Center section and select your preferred cash-in outlet (e.g., Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, Pera Hub, or Villarica Pawnshop).

Enter Amount & Confirm: Input the amount you wish to cash in, complete any required details, and tap Next. Review the total payable amount (including the ₱25 fixed fee) and tap Confirm Cash In.
- Pay Over the Counter: Visit any branch of your selected remittance center. Present your Dragonpay Reference Number and pay the exact total amount to the teller.
- Receive Funds: Once processed at the branch, your funds will be credited to your Coins.ph account within 10 minutes.

- Log In: Log into your account on the Coins.ph website.

Go to PHP Balance: On the left sidebar menu under Assets, click Spot and select your PHP balance.

Click Cash In: On the upper-right corner of your screen, click the Cash In button.
- Select Outlet & Get Reference Number: Choose your preferred remittance outlet, generate your order, and note down the provided Dragonpay Reference Number and total payment amount.
- Complete Payment Branch Visit: Visit any branch of your chosen outlet, present your reference number and payment, and receive your funds in your Coins.ph wallet within 10 minutes.

- Ask the teller for a Sendout Form (Red Form).
- Under Sender's Name, write your full name.
- Under Receiver's Name, write
ML ePayfollowed by your assigned Transaction Code / Dragonpay Reference Number (e.g.,ML ePay - ABC123XYZ). - Hand the form and exact cash payment to the teller. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation and the funds will credit automatically.

- Provide the 8-character Dragonpay Reference Number generated in your app.

Once payment is successfully completed at the branch teller, funds are credited instantly or within 10 minutes. You will receive an in-app and email notification as soon as the funds are added to your PHP wallet.

Dragonpay is Coins.ph's official third-party payment gateway partner. They process the over-the-counter payment validation between the remittance center branch and your Coins.ph account.
