If your business holds a valid approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to engage in financing activities, and you have successfully completed our business verification step, you may use our services for both your fund disbursements and collections:
- Traditional routes eg banks, padala centers: you may send funds to your customer’s bank account or have them picked up at a support padala shop. Our network spans across 22,000 locations and funds can be available for pick up within 40mins (Cebuana Lhuillier) or same day (all banks before cut off time). API documentation may be found here
- Coins.ph accounts: instant and free disbursement of the loan to your customer’s Coins.ph wallet. Our wallets are governed by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and AMLA rules and regulations, and we conduct all applicable KYC verifications. Once the funds become available to their Coins accounts, a customer may use them to make a bill payment directly, send money to family/friends etc, as the case might be.
- Auto-deducting from Coins.ph wallets: using our APIs, you may directly deduct from customer’s Coins.ph wallet, after confirming their permission
- Payment gateway: you can collect funds even from non-Coins.ph users from different accessible outlets like 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, etc. You send a one-time invoice-like message to your customers with instructions for them on how to pay, just to their phone number or email. You are instantly paid on your Coins account.
Coins.ph can be an alternative payment channel within your app or website. After they click on Coins and fill in necessary information, they will receive instructions on how to pay.
You can also send them payment requests. You can do this by going to “Receive” and type in their phone number of email address. Your customers will receive a one-time invoice and instructions on how to pay you.
