If the cash out option you selected is not instant, it is possible that your request is still being processed. You should receive the cash out (or the claiming details) by its estimated time of delivery.

InstaPay: Up to 10 minutes
Standard: Cash outs placed before 10 AM (PH time) on a business day will be processed the same day, on or before 6 PM. Otherwise, it will be processed on or before 6 PM of the next business day.
PESONet: Cash outs placed before 3 PM (PH time) on a business day will be processed the same day, on or before 11:59 PM. Otherwise, it will be processed on or before 11:59 PM of the next business day.
Cash Cards
- Includes BDO Cash Card, RCBC MyWallet, and Smart Money Card

Cash outs placed before 10 AM (PH time) will be processed the same day, on or before 6 PM. Otherwise, it will be processed on or before 6 PM of the following day.
E-Wallets
- InstaPay: Up to 10 minutes
- PESONet: Cash outs placed before 1 PM (PH time) on a business day will be processed the same day, on or before 11:59 PM. Otherwise, it will be processed on or before 11:59 PM of the next business day.
LBC Instant Peso Padala
- Up to 10 minutes
LBC Pesopak
- Cash outs placed before 10 AM (PH time) will be processed the same day, on or before 6 PM. Otherwise, it will be processed on or before 6 PM of the following day. Delivery time may take 2-3 business days.
M Lhuillier Cash Pickup
- Up to 10 minutes
Palawan Express Pera Padala
- Cash outs placed before 3 PM (PH time) from Monday to Saturday will be processed within the same day, on or before 6 PM. Cash outs placed past this cut-off will be processed by 6 PM of the following day. Cash outs placed past 3 PM on Saturday or placed on Sunday are processed by 6 PM of the following Monday.
