How to Find Your Claiming Details / Tracking Number
Once your order is processed (typically within 10 minutes, except for Palawan Pawnshop batch processing), your claiming details will be issued via two channels:
-
In-App Transaction History: Go to your Transaction History (found under the Others tab when viewing your PHP balance). Open your pending transaction order—your claiming code/tracking number will be displayed directly beside Reference No.
- Email Notification: The claiming code and instructions will also be sent directly to your registered Coins.ph email address.
Managing Unclaimed Cash Outs & Cancellations
When you initiate a remittance cash out, the funds (amount + fee) are deducted from your active balance and held until claimed at a branch. Here is what happens if a transaction remains unclaimed:
- Automatic 30-Day Cancellation: Unclaimed cash outs through the Remittance Center option are automatically cancelled after 30 days.
- Fund Refund: Once cancelled (manually or automatically), your total cash out amount (principal amount plus transaction fee) will instantly return to your PHP wallet balance. You will receive an email confirmation upon cancellation.
How to Manually Cancel an Unclaimed Cash Out
If you prefer not to wait or wish to switch to an instant cash-out channel (like InstaPay), you can manually cancel your order anytime:
- Open your Coins.ph wallet and go to your Transaction History.
- Locate and click on the pending Remittance Center cash out transaction.
-
Scroll to the bottom of the order details page and click Cancel Order.
Note: Select outlets may have limited cancellation windows once processing begins at their local network. If the manual cancel button is unavailable or you need further help, please contact Coins Support via the app or our support form.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where can I find my remittance claiming code?
You can locate your claiming code in your Coins.ph app under the Portfolio > PHP > Others next to your order Reference Number, or check your registered email inbox.
2. Can I cancel a cash out after it has been processed?
Yes! Pending Remittance Center cash outs can be manually cancelled directly from your transaction history page as long as the funds have not yet been claimed at the outlet branch.
3. What happens if I don't claim my money at the remittance center?
If a cash-out transaction is left unclaimed at the branch, the funds remain floating in order status until you manually cancel the order or until the system automatically cancels it after 30 days.
4. Are there any penalty fees for unclaimed or cancelled cash outs?
No. There are no fees or penalty charges for unclaimed or cancelled cash outs. When a transaction is cancelled, both the principal amount and the transaction fee are fully restored to your PHP wallet.
