Steps To Cash Out
On the Coins App
1. From the Portfolio tab, click the Withdraw button.
2. Select Cash Out.
3. Scroll through the Cash Out options or use the search bar to find the Remittance Center section.
4. Provide the Amount of your transaction. Please be advised that a minimum of PHP 1,000 is set for Remittance Center transaction.
5. Provide the details of your recipient. Kindly ensure these details provided are the same as in your recipients (2) valid IDs.
These will include the following:
- Recipient mobile number
- Recipient email address
- Recipient full name (first, middle and last names)
- Date of birth
- Recipient's address
6. Check the details of your transaction, then click Confirm.
7. Kindly input all the required verification codes under Security Check.
Note: Once all required verification codes are provided, the Confirm button will turn blue. If unable to receive, you may click the Need help? button below, and check our Help Center article here for more help.
On the Coins Website
1. Log in to your Coins account via web browser, and click on Portfolio on the left side of the screen.
2. On your Balance, select Peso and click on your PHP wallet.
2. On the upper right of your screen, press Cash Out
3. You may proceed to choose under the Remittance Center options.
4. Provide the Amount of your transaction. Please be advised that a minimum of PHP 1,000 is set for Remittance Center transaction.
5. Provide the details of your recipient. Kindly ensure these details provided are the same as in your recipients (2) valid IDs.
These will include the following:
- Recipient mobile number
- Recipient email address
- Recipient full name (first, middle and last names)
- Date of birth
- Recipient's address
6. Check the details of your transaction, then click Confirm.
7. Kindly input all the required verification codes under Security Check.
