How to get your Palawan Express Pera Padala claiming details
If you are claiming a cash out from Coins.ph through Palawan Express, your claiming details will be provided to you via email and via SMS as soon as your money is ready for pick-up.
What you'll need
Once you receive the email or SMS with the claiming details, you can already go to a Palawan Express branch to claim the cash! However, make sure that you bring the following first, which you will be asked to provide at the branch:
- Two (2) valid IDs that bear the exact same name as what was indicated by you/your sender in the cash out order. Here's a list of IDs accepted by Palawan Express:
- Passport
- Driver's License
- PRC ID
- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance
- Postal ID
- Voter's ID
- Tax Identification Number (TIN ID)
- Barangay Certification
- GSIS e-Card
- SSS Card
- Senior Citizen Card
- OWWA ID
- OFW ID
- Seaman's book/ Seafarer's Identification and Record Book (SIRB)
- Alien Certificate of Registration Immigrant / Certificate of Registration (ACR/ICR)
- Government Office and GOCC ID
- Certificate from the NCWDP (National Council for the Welfare of Disable Persons)
- DSWD ID
- IBP ID
- UMID
- School ID
- Philhealth Insurance Card
- PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card (PVC Type)
- COMPANY IDs ISSUED BY PRIVATE ENTITIES OR INSTITUTIONS REGISTERED WITH OR SUPERVISED OR REGULATED EITHER BY THE BSP, SEC OR IC
- Your cash out's tracking number (also called "Transaction code")
- The name of the padala sender
- The exact amount you expect to receive
Procedure for claiming
When you arrive at the Palawan Express branch, let the attendant/teller know that you are there to receive money. You will be given a Receive Money form to fill up.
Here is a sample of the form:
If it is your first time to claim money at Palawan Express, you will also be asked to provide personal information, including:
- your complete address
- your date of birth
- your place of birth
- your nationality
- your occupation/nature of business
Present the accomplished forms with your valid IDs to the teller, and wait until your remittance is processed. It usually only takes between 3 to 5 minutes to process.
The cash will be given to you by the teller, along with a receipt.
