NOTE: Coins.ph only supports the native Arbitrum One USDC contract ending with “e5831” in the Arbitrum Network. It would be best to double check when transferring tokens to avoid the loss of assets.
For a step-by-step guide on how to deposit your USDC via the ARB network, you may follow these steps:
On the Coins app
Step 1: On the Home page, click the [Transfer] button.
Step 2: Click the “Deposit Crypto” to add crypto to your wallet.
Step 3: Find the token that you want to deposit. (In this case, USDC)
Step 4: Click the Arbitrum One Network.
Step 5: Copy the receiving address or scan the QR code. Afterwards paste the provided address on the sending platform.
On the Coins website
Step 1: Log in to the website, and go to the Portfolio page.
Step 2: Scroll and choose the token that you want to transfer. In this case click the USDC token.
Step 3: Click the three-dot icon, then select "Deposit ***".
Step 4: Choose the Arbitrum One Network.
Step 5: Copy the receiving address or scan the QR code. Afterwards paste the provided address on the sending platform.
