In order to be received, the name on a money transfer must match the name on the recipient’s Coins.ph wallet.
If the name on the money transfer does not match, the sender may do the following:
1. Go to the nearest Western Union branch and request the recipient's name to be updated; or
2. Contact Western Union through their 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at:
