In order to receive funds from Western Union, customers must have a current ID on file with Coins.ph. If you verified your account a while back and your ID has expired, you will need to upload a new ID in order to use this feature. When you select Western Union in your app, you will see a prompt if your verification requires an update.
You may also be asked to provide the issuance country and issuance date for your ID, depending on your ID type and when you verified your account.
