If you would like to cancel open orders or partially executed orders on Spot Trade, you may follow the steps below:
On the Coins app
1. Proceed to the Trade tab.
2. Click the icon on the upper- right corner to your Order History.
3. Under the Open Orders tab, select the transaction you'd like to cancel.
4. On the upper-right corner, click the Trash can icon. Then, should you like to proceed, click on Cancel Order on the confirmation prompt.
Note: You may also opt to cancel all your open orders through the Cancel All Orders option on the upper- right corner of your Order History.
On the Coins website
1. Proceed to the Spot Trade tab.
2. Under the Open Orders tab, select the transaction you'd like to cancel.
3. Scroll to the right side of the table, then under the Action column, click on Cancel.
Note: You may also opt to cancel all your open orders through the Cancel All Orders option on the upper- right corner of your Order History tab.
You may also access your Open Orders through the Orders tab.
