Effectively managing your Philippine Peso (PHP) and cryptocurrency balances is essential for keeping track of your funds on Coins.ph. This guide explains how your Total Balance is calculated, how to view detailed transaction records, and how to export your transaction history on the web.
Understanding Your Total Balance
Your Total Balance represents the combined, real-time value of your PHP wallet and all cryptocurrency holdings. Because cryptocurrency market prices fluctuate continuously, the Peso equivalent displayed in your Total Balance will move accordingly.
Key Balance Terms & Components
- 24-Hour Market Performance: The percentage/number change below your Total Balance (indicated in green for gains or red for losses) reflects value movements and transaction activities made within the last 24 hours.
- In Order Status (Pending Transactions): When you place an open trading order or initiate an uncompleted withdrawal/cash out, these funds are temporarily categorized as "In Order." These funds remain locked until the transaction completes, at which point they are deducted from your active balance.

- Open the Coins.ph app on your mobile device.
