Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program, users must fulfill the following requirements:
- Identity Verification: Complete Level 2 Identity Verification (KYC).
- Account Activity: Maintain regular platform engagement (logins, trades, or transactions).
- Supported Assets: Hold eligible assets in your Spot Wallet (currently supporting PHP).
- Account Standing: Account must be compliant with no Terms of Use violations.

How to Activate & Manage Loyalty Rewards

Enable Program: Go to your Portfolio page and toggle on the main Loyalty Rewards Program switch. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Auto-Flexible Access (Default): When enabled, your available PHP balance automatically moves to the Loyalty Rewards tab and earns daily rewards. Auto-allocations occur 4 times daily at 3:35 AM, 9:35 AM, 3:35 PM, and 9:35 PM (PHT).

Manual Allocation: Under the Action column, click the three dots -> Select Flexible Access -> Enter the custom asset amount you want to include.

Redeem Assets: To trade or withdraw, select Redeem and enter your desired amount. Redeeming funds before daily calculation reduces expected daily rewards proportionally.

3. What happens if I redeem my funds during the day?
