What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?
The Loyalty Rewards Program is a feature that rewards eligible Coins.ph users for their loyalty and activity. By participating, you can earn daily rewards based on your platform engagement and the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance in your Spot Wallet.

Who is Eligible to Join?
To be eligible for Loyalty Rewards, users must generally:
- Have a Verified Account: Be an active Coins.ph user who has completed Identity Verification (KYC).
- Be an Active User: Meet certain activity benchmarks, such as regular logins and transactions.
- VIP Status: VIP users may also be eligible based on the criteria in the Coins.ph VIP Center.
- Hold Eligible Assets: Maintain eligible holdings in their Spot Wallet (PHP or supported cryptocurrencies)
- Maintain Good Standing: Have a compliant account with no violations of the Coins.ph Terms of Use.
How to Activate and Use Loyalty Rewards
Getting started is simple and takes just a few clicks:
1. Go to your Portfolio page and ensure the main Loyalty Rewards Program switch is enabled for your account. This is what you would see if you are an eligible participant.
2. If it is your first time to enable your Loyalty Rewards, please make sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Rewards program and click the "Next" button once done.
3. By default, all eligible assets would be enabled for you once you have enabled the Loyalty Rewards Program. You can always choose to switch this off if you do not want to receive Loyalty Rewards for a certain asset. At the moment, PHP is the only available asset for Loyalty rewards.
4. To begin, click on the three dots under the Action column and select Loyalty Rewards.
5. Under Flexible access, you can already input the amount of assets you wish to include under the Loyalty Rewards program or wait for Auto Flexible Access to take place. Note that any available eligible assets in your Spot Wallet would be automatically moved to Flexible Access as long as you have it enable for rewards.
6. At any time that you wish to use your assets to withdraw or trade, you can easily Redeem your assets. Note that your expected daily rewards would decrease if you redeem assets within the day.
