What is the daily transaction report?
The daily transaction report is a transaction detail report generated by Coins.ph based on account balance ledger records. It summarizes the successful transaction records that occurred on the Coins.ph platform for your account (including sub-merchants, if applicable), so you can reconcile them against your own system.
Note: This report is available to Partners who have completed KYB (Know Your Business) verification.
How often is the report updated?
The underlying data refreshes every day starting at 08:10 Philippines time (UTC+8), and the whole process takes about 30–40 minutes. Once the refresh is complete, it includes the latest successful transaction records as of that time (typically covering the complete data for the previous day and earlier). You can get the report two ways:
- Daily Email Report — sent automatically to your registered account email
- Reconciliation API — retrieve it yourself, on your own schedule
How long is the download link from the Daily Email Report valid?
The download link is valid for 7 days from the date it's sent. If it has expired, or you need a new copy, you can either:
- Email partners@coins.ph
- Contact your Account Manager
- Retrieve the report anytime via the Reconciliation API, without relying on the emailed link
Will the transaction report continue to be updated?
Yes. The underlying data behind the transaction report refreshes once a day, using a rolling window to maintain the completeness and accuracy of the most recent 40 days of data. If an order’s status changes in the source system (for example, from pending to succeeded), subsequent refreshes will update the corresponding record in the transaction report accordingly.
How much historical data does the transaction report cover?
The underlying data uses a rolling window mechanism and retains the most recent 40 days of transaction records by default. If you need historical data from more than 40 days ago, please contact partners@coins.ph to request a separate extract.
Does the transaction report include transactions that are pending, failed, or canceled?
No. The transaction report only includes transaction records with the status “Succeeded / Completed” (SUCCEEDED). Orders that are pending, failed, or canceled will not appear in the report.
