Didn’t receive the claiming details for your game credits purchase?
For cases wherein the PIN code of your game credit transaction wasn’t successfully received on the recipient’s mobile number, you may locate this through your Transaction History on the Coins.ph mobile application.
Simply follow the instructions below to be able to find this:
1. Select the transaction in your Transaction History.
2. Tap on “Show More” for the drop down menu to appear.
3. And that’s it! You may now use the “Claiming Code” to load the PIN code.
