If you need more help after going through the articles in our Help Center, you can send us a message from the Coins app directly:
1. After Logging In, click the icon on the upper left corner of your screen:
2. A window will open with account options. Select Help Center. Head on to the Suggested topics tab then click Request more help.
3. You can also click Start Chat to reach our Chatbot. Type in a short phrase to describe your concern or select from the common concerns.
If you are logged in using the Coins Pro website, you can find the Chatbot widget at the lower right corner of the screen.
1. Click on the chatbot widget to get help from our chatbot. Enter a short phrase to describe your concern or select from the common concerns offered.
2. Depending on your concern, the chatbot may offer you quick answers or article suggestions. If the help of a Support agent is needed, the chatbot will create a ticket for you.
3. Once an agent is available, you may continue to chat with them through the widget.
