Updates on Cash In & Cash Out Remittance Center options

 If you have seen the Coins App update, you will see the following changes on the Cash In and Cash Out Remittance Center options:

Updates to Cash ins via Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier and Palawan Pawnshop

To be able to pay for your Over-the-Counter Remittance Cash In via Palawan Pawnshop, M Lhuillier, and Cebuana Lhuillier, follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your Coins.ph account. Click Deposit then select Cash In.
  2. Choose the remittance center of your choice and enter the amount you wish to add to your Coins balance.
  3. Fill in your email address to get the instructions on how to complete your cash in via email as well and click on “Next”.
  4. Review the details of your cash in and if all looks good, tap “Confirm cash in”
  5. On the next page, you will see the reference number and total amount to be paid for your cash in.
  6. Go to the nearest remittance center and inform the teller that you are paying via Dragonpay
  7. Provide the reference number generated in your app to the branch teller and settle your payment. 
  8. Once verified by the branch, your funds will instantly be credited to your Coins.ph account.

Updates to cash outs via Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, LBC and Palawan Pawnshop 

Cash outs through LBC Peso Padala are temporarily unavailable once the update is done for your app. But no worries, you may still cash out through Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, and Palawan Express Pera Padala. 

For your reference, here are the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Coins app and go to the Portfolio tab to click Withdraw, then select Cash Out.
  2. Choose your preferred Remittance Center option between Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, or Palawan Express Pera Padala
  3. Enter the amount you wish to claim at the branch. The associated fees will reflect in your app automatically for your reference.
  4. Fill in the recipient information and click on “Next”
  5. Review the cash out information if everything is accurate and click on “Confirm”
  6. Provide the OTP sent to your mobile number or email
  7. You will be given a reference number that you may provide to the remittance center once your cash out is processed.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Cash outs via Palawan Express Pera Padala are now processed via Dragonpay. If you create your cash out before 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday, your cash out will be ready for pick-up by 6PM of the same day. If you place your cash out after the 1:00 PM cut-off, it will be processed the next business day on or before 6:00 PM. 
  8. Once your cash out is processed, you may proceed to claim your cash out in your chosen remittance outlet. Just provide the reference number and amount of your cash out and inform the teller that the sender of your cash out is Dragonpay.
