A cash in order automatically expires if the payment is not completed within 8 hours. Expired cash ins do not affect your cash in limits, so there’s no need to worry!
Plus, if you still want to add funds to your Coins wallet, you may simply create a new cash in transaction.
However, if you happen to have paid for an expired cash in, please send us a copy of any of the following through the Coins app or Coins Support Form so we can further look into your concern:
- Deposit slip
- Official receipt
- Validated proof of payment
- Screenshot of online transaction
