Once your Palawan Express Pera Padala cash out via Dragonpay is processed, you will receive both an email and an SMS notification containing your claiming details.
Important Note: The Transaction Code found in the app is your Tracking Code/Claiming Code for your Palawan cash out. This code will start with "VJD" followed by a 7-character code.

Procedure for claiming
- Request a Receive Money form: You will be given a form to fill out.

- Occupation
- Present Your IDs and Form: Hand over your completed form along with your valid IDs to the teller.
- Wait for Processing: The processing usually takes between 3 to 5 minutes.
- Receive Your Cash: Once processed, the teller will give you your cash along with a receipt.
