Cash outs via Palawan Express Pera Padala is now processed via Dragonpay. For transactions made before 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday, your cash out will be ready for pick-up on the same day. Cash outs made after the 1:00 PM cut-off will be processed the next business day by 1:00 PM.
