If your direct deposit/cash in has not yet been reflected in your Coins wallet, your transaction may still be processing. Kindly note that the processing time for direct deposits is within 2 business hours from the time this was initiated from your sending bank.
Direct cash ins are only available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays (excluding holidays). Processing will take 2-3 hours within business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Any transfers made past 6:00 PM will be processed on the next banking day.
Furthermore, your direct deposit can be rejected and will not be processed due to the following reasons:
- Invalid proof of payment/receipt attached (selfies, incorrect bank screenshots, etc.)
- Mismatched of amount/name seen on the proof of payment/receipt to the cash in order
- No cash in order created
If your direct deposit has been rejected, please note that you will have to create another cash in order.
