A cross-chain deposit occurs when tokens are sent from one cryptocurrency blockchain to another (e.g. sending Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address). Wallets for one blockchain token cannot support tokens from another blockchain (e.g. sending Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin wallet) would result in the loss of the token sent.
If you sent an unsupported token or a token via an unsupported network to your Coins.ph wallet, you may reach out to our team with the details of your transaction - including the transaction hash or a URL link of the transaction, and we will conduct an internal investigation to verify if the asset you have sent is recoverable. Generally, we are only able to support the tokens and networks listed here.
