The Coins.ph platform maintains a hosted wallet service, which allows customers to create, send, receive, buy, sell, and use their digital currencies simply and securely with a password and two-factor authentication (2FA). The wallet’s private keys belong to Coins.ph and are part of our system infrastructure.
Should you require control over your own private keys, there are several publically available wallets that allow the user to do so. Storing your digital currencies in these products can be an alternative way to directly control your holdings.
While we do not recommend any particular wallet, you may consider using hardware wallets such as those listed below, which provide an extra layer of security for most users.
Ledger (www.ledger.com) and Trezor (trezor.io) are two of the more commonly used hardware wallets. Please visit their websites to learn more about these security devices.
Simply send the tokens from your external wallet to your Coins.ph wallet when you would like to access the different Coins.ph services.
