The wallet’s private keys belong to Coins.ph and are part of our system infrastructure. Coins.ph maintains a hosted wallet service, which allows customers to create, send, receive, buy, sell, and use their digital currencies simply and securely with a password and two-factor authentication (2FA).
Due to this set up, Coins.ph cannot provide individual private keys to customers.
Should you require control over your own private keys, there are several publicly available wallets that allow the user to do so. Storing your digital currencies in these products can be an alternative way to directly control your holdings.
Simply send the tokens from your external wallet to your Coins.ph wallet when you would like to access the different Coins.ph services.
