Great news! You can now cash in to your Coins.ph account through Robinsons Department Store. Before proceeding with your cash in, ensure that you have a phone number linked to your account. 

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you with your cash in:

How to Cash In through Robinsons

Step 1: Click Cash in under Coins Services. 

Step 2: Select Robinsons Department Store under the Department Store Option. 

Step 3: Enter the amount you wish to cash in and click confirm. 

Step 4: You will receive a unique reference number that you will be presenting to the cashier once you pay for your cash in. 

Step 5: Go to any Robinsons Department Store branch. Inform the cashier that you wish to cash in to Coins.ph and  provide your reference number and payment.

Step 6: The cashier will validate your payment and provide a Robinsons Receipt for confirmation. Don’t forget to keep your copy of the Robinsons Receipt for future reference. 

That’s it! The amount will be credited instantly to your Coins.ph wallet. Just a friendly reminder that transfers are final and irreversible. Always double check your transactions before proceeding with your cash in.

Processing Time

Make sure that the reference number and amount paid are exactly as seen on the cash in instructions for a smooth cash in process. Once the payment is done, the cash in will be credited to your account instantly or within 10 minutes.

Important Reminders:

• Your account must be phone number verified.
• Double check your reference number and payment before proceeding.
• Don’t forget to settle your payment within 8 hours from cash in order creation.
• Take note that expired or canceled reference numbers can no longer be processed.
