Coins.ph Business Verification and Limits

Corporate Verification Requirements

To register for a Coins Business account, the following requirements must be met:

1. Accomplished Business Verification Form (available upon account creation)
2. Company Registration Documents
   -Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
   -Articles of Association
   -Board Resolution / Authorization to Open Account
   -General Information Sheet or equivalent
   -Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Form
3. Legal Representative's Proof of Identity and Proof of address

For Sole Proprietorships, the following requirements must be met:

1. Verified Personal Coins.ph account of Business Owner
2. Accomplished Business Verification Form (available upon account creation)
3. Valid ID of Business Owner
4. Business Registration Documents
   -DTI Registration
   -BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

Should all above requirements be available, you may proceed with creating your Coins.ph Business Account. 
 

Business Account Limits

Account limits refer to the total value of your transactions in Fiat (PHP) and Crypto (PHP equivalent at the time of transaction, excluding buy/sell/conversions).
