Unfortunately, once an external wallet transfer is initiated from your account, we cannot retrieve or reverse the outbound transfer as the funds were already sent to the blockchain for confirmation, which we have no control over.
We understand and acknowledge that it is possible to make mistakes with these types of transactions. For future transactions, it would be best to double check all transaction details to avoid further delays or issues. Furthermore, we recommend scanning the recipient's QR code or copy-pasting the recipient wallet address instead of typing it manually to avoid typographical errors.
