How do I use Wallet Address Whitelist feature?
You can consider the Wallet Address Whitelist as your saved wallet addresses. If you plan to send or receive crypto regularly to or from an external non-Coins.ph crypto wallet, you just have to provide the wallet information once to add to the whitelist and your future transactions to the said wallet will automatically be processed. This way, when you deposit or withdraw to the whitelisted wallet with amounts exceeding Php 50,000, you will not have to provide the requested information every single time.
1. Log in to your Coins account. Hover on the user icon and click Account Settings.
2. Locate Address Whitelist, and click the Manage button.
3. Select Withdraw to add wallet addresses you will receive crypto from or Deposit for wallet addresses you will send crypto to. Then click the "New Withdraw/Deposit Address" button.
4. Fill in the complete and correct details pertaining to the wallet address you want to save or whitelist. Click Next and input the Verification code.
5. Your whitelisted wallet address should now be visible under the token selected when you Withdraw or Deposit crypto with the whitelisted wallet address.
