Beginning mid-April 2023, customers would receive updates on the all-new Coins App and website by batches. We’ve made a list of the upcoming relevant changes for you below:
Your crypto deposit addresses have changed
In order to enable the improvements that we’re bringing to the app, all of your crypto deposit wallet addresses have changed. Please use your new wallet addresses on the app for deposits going forward. Kindly delete any previously saved wallet addresses to avoid delays.
For the duration of our app upgrade, our customer support team will be ready to assist you with the recovery of assets in case you mistakenly deposit crypto to your old crypto wallet address. Send us a message via help@coins.ph.
Your transaction history is available on request
Your transaction histories have been cleared out, but will be populated with all transactions you’re going to make from now on forward.

Your 2-factor-authentication settings have changed
Your 2-factor-authentication (2FA) settings have been reset. Moving forward, the same 2FA setting will apply across web and app.
Please check your security settings and enable 2FA again for increased security and protection!
Coins.ph and Coins Pro balances are now combined
You'll no longer need to transfer between Coins.ph and Coins Pro to begin trading. If you have actively used Coins Pro in the past, any remaining balance on Coins Pro will now reflect in your total Coins.ph balance.
There are some updates on the Coins Products & Services
Please note that cash-ins via Western Union and eTap and cash-outs via Palawan Express Pera Padala and LBC will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. In addition, purchase of international prepaid load and game credits has also been discontinued.

Convert and Trade Crypto to Peso (Crypto to Crypto pairs not available)
Crypto to Peso conversion pairs will be available on Coins app and Coins Pro, while crypto to crypto pairs will not be supported until further notice. We will continually increase our offerings in the future. -
BCH deposits can now only be done via the BSC network
Any BCH sent via the BCH network will result in permanent loss. Make sure to use the new BCH QR or wallet address generated on your app. -

It is important to note that you will continue to enjoy our local buy load and pay bills services via the Coins app. These services will no longer be accessible in the Coins website.
