Service Advisory: Cash-in via InstaPay, PESONet, and QR Ph is temporarily unavailable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how important it is for you to fund your wallet. We're working hard to restore these services, and we expect them to be back up soon.
In the meantime, please avoid sending funds to your Coins.ph wallet through these channels to prevent delays. If you have a pending transfer, you may contact your sending bank or e-wallet to request a reversal. You can still cash in through Direct Cash-In (minimum PHP 100,000) or DragonPay in the app.
Rest assured, your wallet funds remain safe and secure. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Coins.ph offers multiple instant and standard cash-in options to help you easily fund your PHP wallet or crypto balance. You can add funds via local bank transfers, e-wallets, over-the-counter remittance centers, or international channels.

International Remittance Partners: Use online remittance providers (such as Western Union or Remitly) that support direct e-wallet transfers to Coins.ph / DCPay Philippines.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will I receive my cash-in via InstaPay?+
InstaPay transfers are processed in real-time. If your cash-in is not credited to your Coins.ph account balance within 10 minutes, please submit a ticket with your transaction reference number for support assistance.
2. Can I exceed the ₱50,000 daily limit on InstaPay?+
Individual InstaPay transfers are capped at ₱50,000 per transaction by banking network policy. However, you can make multiple InstaPay transfers up to your account level's daily deposit limit. For single transfers above ₱50,000, consider using PESONet or direct bank transfers.
3. What fees are charged for cash-in transactions?+
Cash-in fees vary depending on the selected partner outlet or channel. Sending banks or e-wallets may charge standard InstaPay/PESONet transfer fees. You can view the complete fee schedule under our official Fee Directory.
4. Can I cash in using an international phone number?+
Yes, accounts registered with international phone numbers can receive crypto deposits, direct bank transfers, or international remittances. However, local Philippine e-wallet or banking apps may require a Philippine mobile number for local transfer verification.
