How do I sign up for a Coins.ph account? – Coins.ph Help Center

Creating a Coins.ph account is free, and super easy. You may create an account through our website, or through our Android or iOS app.

You can download Coins.ph through the following app stores and search “Coins.ph”:

Open the App:

Select your region (Philippines) and click Sign up at the top of the screen.

3. Register:

Enter your mobile number or email address. If using an email, click on "Use email instead."
Input your preferred 4-digit MPIN (ensure it’s secure and unique).
After entering your mobile number or email address and preferred MPIN, click Create Account.

4.Verification:

For verification, you’ll see a prompt for one- time authentication code.
Check either your SMS or email messages (depending on which you have signed up with) for a message from Coins.ph with your verification code. Enter the verification code and this will be automatically accepted if correct.

5. Complete ID & Selfie Verification:

For the next steps, you would be asked to complete ID & Selfie verification. To start, kindly click Verify now.
For Business accounts, kindly click the Corporate Verification option at the bottom. More details on getting business verified here.

Important Notes

Accounts now come with MPINs! When choosing your 4-digit MPIN, avoid using the following combinations:
Same digits (e.g. 0000, 1111)
Incremental or decremental consecutive digits (e.g. 1234, 9876)
Consecutive numbers (forward or reversed sequence) from your mobile number
Derived from your birthdate
MPIN already used
MPIN used with another website or service
