If the cash in amount hasn’t reflected in your Coins wallet after the processing time has elapsed, please send us a copy of any of the following through the Coins app or at help@coins.ph so we can assist you:
- Deposit slip
- Official receipt
- Validated proof of payment
- Screenshot of online transaction
