Starting November 13, 2023, we will be providing support to our users attempting to recover assets that were sent to the wrong destination tag addresses, sent via unsupported networks, and deposits made with unsupported tokens.
In line with this, several factors may influence the complexity, timelines and security risks associated with a recovery attempt, requests for recovery will be subject to the corresponding fees:

| Wrong Destination Tag (with/without owner) | 5 USD |
| Sent to Coins XRP Sending Address | 5 USD |
| Unsupported Token/Network | 50 USD (if recoverable) |
Disclaimer: All tokens recoveries are not guaranteed and any type of unsupported deposits may be permanently lost.
If the recovery attempt is successful, the fees above will be charged respectively. Kindly note that these fees will be deducted in terms of the token being recovered (e.g. 5 USD worth of XRP for an XRP wrong destination tag recovery).
