Adding funds to your Coins.ph wallet via Western Union is easy! Once the money has been sent through Western Union, you just need to ask your sender for the reference number (MTCN) and the estimated amount.

Once you have the MTCN and estimated amount to be received, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your Coins.ph app then tap on ‘Receive’ or ‘Cash In’
Step 2: Select Western Union on the Receive screen or Cash In Method screen.
Step 3: Enter the MTCN and the estimated amount you are receiving then tap on `Claim funds`
Take Note:
- The monthly cash in limit for Western Union cash-ins is 100,000 PHP.
