To receive XRP transfers in your Coins.ph wallet, you are required to include the correct destination tag along with your hosted XRP wallet address - which can be found on your Coins.ph app.
If you placed an incorrect destination tag, your XRP may be sent to another user.
For cases where you entered the incorrect destination tag, please reach out to us and send us the following details:
- Transaction hash or Hash Link of the incoming transfer;
- The sending wallet platform that you used, and
- Screen recording or Video from your sending platform's withdrawal history
Once these are sent to us, our team will conduct an internal investigation to try to have your XRP recovered.
As this is only an additional support offered by Coins.ph, do note that the recovery attempt will be at our sole discretion and we cannot guarantee a successful recovery. If the recovery is successful, a fee will be charged for the recovery service.
Note that all cryptocurrency transactions that pass through the blockchain are normally final and irreversible - as such, we highly advise our customers to practice due diligence and input the correct information when conducting blockchain transfers.
