To receive XRP transfers in your Coins.ph wallet, you are required to include the correct destination tag along with your hosted XRP wallet address - which can be found on your Coins.ph app.
If you placed an incorrect destination tag, your XRP may be sent to another user.
For cases where you entered the incorrect destination tag, we may not be able to cancel it or change the transaction details due to its irreversible nature. This means that once the transaction is underway, Coins.ph may not be able to cancel or change the transaction details.
Double-check the recipient wallet address to ensure it was entered correctly. Mistakes in the wallet address can result in irreversible transfers. Refer to this guide to review your wallet address.
If funds were sent to an incorrect wallet, you may see more in this article for crypto sent to wrong wallet addresses.
Note that all cryptocurrency transactions that pass through the blockchain are normally final and irreversible - as such, we highly advise our customers to practice due diligence and input the correct information when conducting blockchain transfers.
