Please note that the wallet address that you see on your withdrawals (rNwUcrxYiTZ5cRAuEQVuQGDb7miaPRBVAd) is a separate address used by Coins.ph to send outgoing transactions on behalf of the customer.
To receive XRP deposits in your Coins.ph wallet, please make sure to use your hosted wallet address along with your unique destination tag - which can be found in your Coins.ph app.
If you have mistakenly sent funds to our internal sending wallet address (rNwUcrxYiTZ5cRAuEQVuQGDb7miaPRBVAd), this will be treated as an incorrect receiving address case. Please reach out to us and send us the following details:
- Transaction hash, TXID or Hash link of the incoming transfer;
- The sending wallet platform that you used, and
- Screen recording or video from your sending platform's withdrawal history
Once these are sent to us, our team will conduct an internal investigation to try to have your XRP recovered.
As this is only an additional support offered by Coins.ph, do note that the recovery attempt will be at our sole discretion and we cannot guarantee a successful recovery. If the recovery is successful, a fee will be charged for the recovery service.
Note that all cryptocurrency transactions that pass through the blockchain are by nature final and irreversible - as such, we highly advise our customers to practice due diligence and input the correct information when conducting blockchain transfers.
Contact us through the Coins app or Coins Support Form should you need any further assistance.
