Coins.ph utilizes a hosted wallet set-up for our XRP services. This means that your Coins.ph XRP deposit address is the same with other Coins.ph accounts except for the destination tag (also known as memo).
The destination tag serves as the unique identifier of your account’s XRP wallet and it allows us to credit deposits to your wallet automatically.
This hosted wallet set-up is an industry standard which helps us in integrating your wallet with our systems thereby allowing you to enjoy all the features available on the Coins.ph platform. It also allows us to employ security measures to keep both your account and your funds safe.
You may have also noticed that when you send XRP from your Coins.ph account, your transfers are sent through the following wallet address: rNwUcrxYiTZ5cRAuEQVuQGDb7miaPRBVAd. In line with this, please do not send your XRP to the said wallet address.
For clarity, our team uses a different wallet to send your funds to other exchanges / platforms. Kindly note that this is separate from the XRP wallet address you may use to receive any incoming deposits.
With this said, sending any tokens to rNwUcrxYiTZ5cRAuEQVuQGDb7miaPRBVAd will result in lost funds.
