With Coins.ph, you can receive any of our supported cryptocurrencies from other wallets, whether external wallets or other Coins.ph wallets.
If you are receiving funds from an external wallet, you can provide the relevant wallet address (i.e. BTC address to receive BTC, ETH address to receive ETH) or QR code.
If you are receiving funds from another Coins.ph account, you may also provide your registered email address or mobile number aside from the wallet address or QR code. Kindly note that your account must be at least Identity verified to be able to enjoy our crypto services.
Here are the steps to obtain your wallet address or QR code:
On the Coins app
1. From the app, select the Portfolio tab located at the bottom menu section.
2. Click the Deposit button above, then select Receive Crypto.
Note: You may also access the Receive Crypto option from the Deposit button at the Home tab.
3. Select which wallet you want to deposit crypto to. You can pick from either “Coins Wallet” or “Web3 Wallet”. (The sample shows selecting deposit to Coins wallet)
4. Select from our list the token that you want to receive. (In the sample it shows choosing ethereum)
5. Select the Network that you want to use. Kindly make sure that the network you choose to deposit matches the withdrawal network, otherwise your funds will be lost. (The sample shows choosing the ERC 20 network)
6. You may now copy the wallet address or scan the QR code shown in the screen.
on the Coins website
1. Click on the Portfolio tab. From the tokens available, choose the token you want to receive.
2. Click on “Transfer ***” then choose "Deposit ***".
3. Select the Network that you want to use. Kindly make sure that the network you choose to deposit matches the withdrawal network, otherwise your funds will be lost. (The sample shows choosing the ERC 20 network).
4. You may now copy the wallet address or scan the QR code shown in the screen.
